Esther, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for credit purchases made on estherapp.io.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that fewer than 10% of the purchased credits have been used.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Purchases where more than 10% of credits have been consumed
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date
- Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@estherapp.io with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase
- The Stripe payment confirmation number (found in your receipt email)
- Reason for the refund request
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.
